NEAL'S YARD REMEDIES (NYR) BLUEBOTTLES CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM

Terms and conditions apply. By joining the NYR BlueBottles Club Loyalty Program, you agree to the following:

1. By applying to join the Neal’s Yard Remedies BlueBottles Club, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time (terms) and are subject to any other conditions imposed by Neal’s Yard Remedies (NYR) from time to time.

2. The latest terms supersede and replace any and all previous terms and conditions in connection with the NYR BlueBottles Club.

3. The NYR Bluebottles Club is applicable to customers with a minimum spend of $200 in a single receipt.

4. For every SG$30 spent, customers will earn 1 Point. 1 point is equivalent to SG$1, which is deductible on the next purchase.

5. All entries must be completed with customer’s particulars to be eligible. Our staff will request for your proof of identification to verify the information provided. We reserve the rights to decline any membership forms which are incomplete or contain falsified information.

6. Only individuals can apply to join the NYR BlueBottles Club by completing an application form in any Neal’s Yard Remedies store in Singapore.

7. NYR may, in its absolute discretion, accept or refuse any application.

8. NYR BlueBottles Club benefits are only applicable at the stand-alone stores, and are not applicable at all departmental stores. Kindly enquire at the respective outlets before your purchase.

9. NYR BlueBottles Club benefits only apply to the members registered in our database, and are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash and may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise specified by NYR. Members who are employees of NYR or relatives of such employees may be included from certain benefits including entry to promotions.

10. Upon redemption of your birthday discount, you will be requested to produce proof of identification to verify the date of birth.

11. Each membership is valid for 24 months unless otherwise cancelled by NYR, in its absolute discretion, or until the member notifies NYR that he or she wishes to terminate their membership.

12. NYR shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable for any reason including as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software errors.

13. If a technical malfunction, operator fault, computer hardware or software error results in a discount being overlooked or wrongly attributed, the member may bring this to the attention of the staff at the relevant NYR store within 24 hours of the time of the purchase to receive the appropriate discount.

14. NYR holds and uses the member’s personal information in accordance with NYR’s privacy policy.

NEAL'S YARD REMEDIES (NYR) LOVE OUR EARTH RECYCLE PROGRAM

Terms and conditions apply. By joining the NYR Love our Earth Recyle Program, you agree to the following:

• Applicable to products bought at Neal’s Yard Remedies Singapore only 
• Applicable to all full size bottles and tubes
• Not applicable to travel size and samples, however, we will still recycle them if they are returned 
• Please wash and clean the empty bottles before bringing back for recycling
• Recycling card will expire 1 year from issued date
• Stamps for recycling program is non transferrable 
• Stamps for recycling program cannot be exchanged for cash
• Earn 2 stamps for skincare items, 1 stamp for all other regular sized items.
• Maximum of one gift redemption per month
• Rewarding and redemption of stamps is final upon confirmation with our Beauty Advisors
• Redemption of gift is only valid at Neal’s Yard Remedies Singapore stores.
• The program rewards and terms and conditions may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice to patrons at the sole discretion of the company. 
• The decision of the company on all matters relating to this program shall be final
